WARRANTY / RETURNS 

"No Problem" Guarantee
 1 year warranty on manufacturer defect & workmanship. If your tool fails within the first 12 months of purchase due to a product defect, we will replace the tool for FREE.

The KATCO warranty is for the original user against defective material or workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase on repair parts and labor. It’s limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts. We reserve the right to determine whether the part or parts have failed due to defective material, workmanship, or other causes. Failures caused by accident, alteration, and misuse are not covered by this warranty.

All warranty repairs must be done by a KATCO Authorized Service Center or by a KATCO Agent/Distributor. Any repairs done to the equipment outside of the authorized facilities, voids this warranty.

Returns- Tools can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Must be in un-used condition. Tools will be evaluated before credit or refund is given. Shipping costs for the return of a product are always the customer's responsibility. 

Repairs- Repairs are only offered for customers in the contiguous U.S. Please contact our hotline (330) 677-8884 first before sending in a repair request. Our team will help troubleshoot product issue. Contact: service@katcotools.com for repair request.

Tools that require repairs can be sent to the address below. Repairs will be based on $45.00/hr labor fee. If a tool can't be repaired, it will be sent back UPS/FedEx.
